As an **Admission Counselor**, you will be responsible for assisting prospective students in understanding and enrolling in educational programs. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a commitment to helping students find the best match for their academic and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Student Counseling**:

- Provide personalized counseling sessions to address students’ queries and concerns.
- **Lead Management**:

- Follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts to convert inquiries into admissions.
- **Admissions Process Coordination**:

- Ensure timely submission of required documents and manage data in CRM systems.
- **Collaboration with Faculty and Administration**:

- Coordinate with academic departments to stay updated on program changes, deadlines, and other important information.
- Act as a bridge between students and administration to facilitate a smooth admission process.
- **Events and Outreach**:

- Participate in educational fairs, school visits, and other events to promote the institution’s programs.
- Organize campus tours, webinars, and orientation sessions for prospective students and their families.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on admissions progress, student engagement, and lead conversion.
- Analyze trends in student inquiries and admissions to improve counseling strategies.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- **Educational Qualification**: MBA/PGDM/PGDBM in Public Administration or related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in academic counseling or admissions.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills; must be able to present program details clearly and persuasively.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build rapport with students and maintain a supportive environment.
- **Organizational Skills**: Proficiency in managing multiple admissions processes and maintaining accurate records.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools.
