**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Counseling and Guidance**:

- Provide counseling services to prospective students and parents regarding course offerings, including Public Administration programs.
- Advise on career prospects and course selection based on individual goals and aspirations.
- **Admission Process Management**:

- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Respond to inquiries regarding course details, admission timelines, and fee structures.
- **Data Management**:

- Assist in processing and verifying documents submitted by applicants.
- **Orientation and Campus Support**:

- Organize and conduct orientation sessions for new students to introduce them to the academic and cultural environment of the institution.
- Provide necessary support during the admission and registration processes.
- **Collaboration and Reporting**:

- Coordinate with the marketing team to promote academic programs and contribute to campaign efforts.
- Report regularly on the status of student admissions, including leads, follow-ups, and conversion rates.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: MBA/PGDM/PGDBM in a relevant field.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in an educational counseling or admissions role preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with student management software and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of Public Administration programs and related fields is a plus.
