Site Supervisor

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Handle **Interior Design Execution Projects.**:

- Responsible for day to day site progress, coordinate between sub-vendor and suppliers - appointed centrally, to be controlled on-site.
- Prioritise activities to ensure no break in work and enforece time schedules to ensure timely and on-site works execution, as per laid quality and safety standards.
- Ensure 100% line and levelling accuracy.
- Proactively anticipate key requirements and risks in advance and report to the Project Lead for timely corrective action in agreement with the relevant stakeholder.
- Ensure all workmen strictly adhere to all norms and compliances of the site housing / commercial complex.
- Study drawings and specifications and ensure 100% work adherence in execution. Report any issues vis site conditions to the Project Lead for proactive corrective action.
- Attend site meetings (along with Project Lead) with the client, architect/ interior designer and the sub-consultants as required.
- Record the key minutes of the meetings and action items and share on Team whatsapp group.
- Have periodic site walkthroughs (along with Project Lead) with all vendors and suppliers and resolve any coordination issues amongst them.
- Ensure Colonelz's internal issues are resolved internally; not in front of client or sub-consultants; also client and the architect, interior designer and the sub-consultants don't speak directly to any of Colonelz’s vendors or suppliers.
- Assist the Project lead in dealing with any government authority intervention on the site.
- Be responsible for the security of all material on-site, and build and maintain a lockable store at the site and Keep store inventory of all material.
- Update the Project Lead and Colonelz senior management regularly.
- Do a weekly plan of all material and labour requisition and inform the Project Lead and Colonelz senior management a week in advance.
- Handover of the completed site to the client ad closure of Snag List.
- Assist the Project Lead in periodic measurement of sub-vendors' and suppliers’ quantities of material supplied and works executed; and handing over all technical documents including as-built drawings, Warranties, AMC documents to the client.
- Assist the Project Lead in raising all Colonelz’s interim and final bills to the client.
- Location: Delhi/NCR.
- Experience: 3 - 4 years.
- Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Interiors.
- Reporting to: Project Lead.
- Must have rich experience in executing (from start to finish), **Interiors **of individual **Homes, Apartments and Villas** AND/OR **Office Interiors**.
- Must have handled multiple sites and teams in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.

- Must have basic computer knowledge, verbal communication and writing skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
