The Quality Control Analyst is responsible for testing and analysing herbal products to ensure they meet established quality and safety standards. This role involves performing various laboratory tests, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:Conduct routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using analytical techniques.Perform stability testing of products to ensure they meet the required specifications throughout their shelf life.Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed records of all laboratory tests and results.Review and analyse test data, ensuring compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.Assist in the validation of analytical methods and calibration of laboratory instruments.Report any deviations or out-of-specification results promptly and assist in the investigation and corrective actions.Collaborate with the production and R&D departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve quality issues.Maintain a clean and organised laboratory environment, adhering to safety protocols and ensuring all equipment is in proper working order.Participate in internal audits and assist in the preparation for regulatory inspections.Continuously update knowledge on new quality control procedures, guidelines, and regulations in the herbal industry.
