**Job Title**: Sales Executive
- Residential Real Estate
**Location**: Panvel, Maharashtra

**Job Type**: Full-time / Internship (for freshers)
**Experience**: 6 months - 2 years (Entry-Level)
**Salary**: ₹30,000 per month (plus attractive incentives)
**Age Limit**: 21 to 30 years
**Education**: 12th Pass / Graduate / PG in Marketing

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Initiate phone conversations with potential leads, clients, and follow-up on assigned data
- Achieve weekly targets in a high-performance, competitive environment
- Follow up intensively with prospects and close sales within the defined sales cycle
- Report to the Site Head with daily updates
- Maintain performance metrics such as conversion ratio, monthly revenue, revenue per sale, etc.
- Contribute to team goals while monitoring self-performance consistently

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Hindi and English; Marathi is an added advantage
- Hands-on experience with Excel
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales/marketing (real estate, banking, insurance, automobile preferred)
- Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills
