Job Overview:
The Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing and e-commerce strategies. The role involves driving online sales, optimizing the customer journey, and ensuring a seamless and engaging online presence.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Digital Marketing Strategy:Develop and execute a cohesive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.

2. E-Commerce Management:Oversee the end-to-end management of the company's e-commerce platform, ensuring optimal functionality, user experience, and order fulfillment.

3. Social Media Management: Develop and manage the company's social media presence, creating engaging content and implementing strategies to drive traffic to the e-commerce platform.

4. SEO and SEM: Implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic.

6. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Implement and manage CRM systems to enhance customer engagement and retention.

7. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives. Provide regular reports and insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

8. E-Commerce Trends: Stay abreast of e-commerce trends and technologies, implementing new features and functionalities to enhance the online shopping experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager or similar role.
- In-depth understanding of e-commerce platforms and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in digital marketing and e-commerce will be a plus.

How to Apply:
**Salary**: ₹10,185.01 - ₹24,266.15 per month
