**Job Title**: Booking Clerk
**Location**:SHOP NO.4,NR.BARDAN MANDI,OPP.MALHAR INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL,NEW RTO ROAD,PALDA,INDORE.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Shipment Planning and Coordination**:
- Plan and coordinate the transportation of goods, including booking trucks, arranging customs clearance, and tracking shipments.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods by monitoring schedules and resolving any potential delays.
- Negotiate rates with carriers and vendors to optimize costs.
- **Customer Service**:
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities, including shipment details, invoices, and delivery receipts.
- Prepare reports on transportation performance, including key metrics such as on-time delivery rates and cost analysis.
- **Compliance and Safety**:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Conduct regular safety checks on vehicles and equipment.
- **Other Duties as Assigned**:
- Participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Assist with other tasks as needed to support the overall operations of the department.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong understanding of transportation regulations and procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and transportation management software
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
