Role: Client Servicing Executive

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

We are three groups of Companies (PSPL Advertising Pvt. Ltd., i-engage, and sir speedy Print Solutions).

PSPL Advertising Pvt. Ltd. (Print Media, Branding, Creative) is more than 40 years old Company in the market. We are working in this market since 1973

I-engage (Digital Branding, Digital Communication) was established in the year of 2016 and since then working entirely into Digital Market.

Sir Speedy (Printing) provides entire printing solution to the clients.

We believe in providing 360° solutions to our clients for their promotional and Branding purpose.

Job Profile
- Meeting and following up with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements.
- Anticipate and make recommendations for client needs.
- Be exceptionally responsive to all client requests.
- Coordinate projects by communicating effectively with client & Internal team to follow all steps to ensure project stays on track.
- Provide EXCELLENT customer service with a positive attitude to every client, on every occasion.
- Encourage revenue growth by inspiring clients to purchase our service.
- Working with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the clients brief and budget.
- Negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns.
- Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification.
- Arranging and attending meetings.

Skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities. A “can do” attitude is required and the individual must be able to work in a fast-paced, challenging, energetic environment.
- Must have excellent problem solving, organizational, written & verbal communication.
- Must have strong follow-up skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Must have excellent phone skills & etiquette.
- Must have NO FEAR of computers & technology.
- Must be willing to learn and grow.
- Some knowledge of Photoshop, HTML editing & FTP software a huge plus.
- Must like smiley faces and have a sense of humor

Education

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
