**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Assembly and Setup**: Assemble and install mechanical systems, equipment, and machinery as per specifications, using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and specialized machines.
- **Inspection and Measurement**: Inspect and measure machine components, parts, and assemblies to ensure they meet operational standards. Perform precise measurements for modifications or installations.
- **Machining Operations**: Operate lathes, milling machines, CNC machines, and grinders to fabricate, modify, or repair mechanical parts according to technical specifications.
- **Preventive Maintenance**: Perform scheduled maintenance activities to ensure machines, systems, and equipment are in good working order. Lubricate, clean, and adjust machinery as part of routine maintenance procedures.
- **Troubleshooting and Repairs**: Diagnose mechanical failures, electrical issues, and hydraulic/pneumatic problems. Repair or replace faulty components, ensuring mínimal downtime.
- **Technical Documentation**: Read and interpret mechanical schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to understand machine layouts, systems, and configurations for installation or repair work.
- **Problem-Solving**: Identify potential operational inefficiencies or technical issues before they affect production, proposing corrective actions or preventive solutions.
- **Quality Assurance**: Verify that repaired or installed equipment operates within specified parameters. Perform testing on systems and machinery to confirm functionality and efficiency.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**: Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Ensure that personal protective equipment (PPE) is worn and workspaces are hazard-free.
- **Record Maintenance**: Document maintenance work performed, parts used, and machine status in maintenance logs. Track parts inventory and equipment conditions to ensure proper workflow.
- **Collaboration and Communication**: Work closely with engineers, production staff, and team members to ensure smooth machinery operation and timely repairs. Communicate issues, progress, and solutions to supervisors.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
