**Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Perform assembly, installation, and maintenance of mechanical components.
- Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot issues with machinery.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure proper functioning of equipment.
- Use hand and power tools to fabricate and assemble parts.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Document work performed and report any issues to supervisors.

**Requirements**:

- ITI certification in Fitter trade.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and adherence to quality standards.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)
