Sr Techno functional - Solution architect - who can help identify multiple automation opportunities and solution them with best solution. Preferably 8+ years of exp
- Experience in multiple automation Tools
- Development support and performing code reviews
- Support/coordinate during VDI configuration, Platform issues, control room management (License, Role, Access, Users, Bot insights etc.)
- On demand support in RPA/Automation implementation lifecycle
- Support any technical issues in production Bots, triage and enable quick closure of issues on high priority
- Documentation for COE set up (for e.g. Code review checklist, guide for control room management, development guidelines etc.).
- Act as gatekeeper for any bot that is deployed in production. (from UAT stage till Go-Live)
- Best practice sharing, Error handling and able to support in exceptions handling
- Document AS-IS and TO-BE process maps
- Support UAT tests
- Production deployment and post production support
- Help bug fixing during development and pre & post production
- Support Test case review, system/integration testing
- Support any technical issues in production Bots, triage and enable quick closure of issues on high priority
- On demand support in RPA/Automation implementation lifecycle
