We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated **Sales Agents** to promote our services and grow our member base.

**Job Role & Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell savings schemes, RD/FD plans, and loan products
- Identify and onboard new members for the society
- Build relationships with individuals, households, and small businesses
- Generate leads through fieldwork, referrals, and networking
- Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Minimum Qualification: 10th pass (12th/Graduation preferred)
- Freshers and experienced agents welcome
- Must be confident, self-driven, and good at communication
- Prior sales or field experience in finance, insurance, or microfinance is a plus
- Basic knowledge of local areas and languages (Telugu required)
