**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct structured, interactive coding classes at our Bellandur center.
- Teach programming concepts using age-appropriate tools such as Scratch, Python, or block-based platforms.
- Develop and customize lesson plans according to the learning levels of students.
- Encourage creativity and logical thinking through hands-on activities and projects.
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning atmosphere in the classroom.
- Track individual student progress and provide timely feedback.
- Communicate with parents as needed regarding student development.
- Coordinate with curriculum developers and academic coordinators.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience teaching or mentoring children.
- Strong knowledge of beginner-level programming tools and languages (e.g., Scratch, Python, HTML/CSS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and the ability to connect with children.
- Willingness to work from our physical location in Bellandur, Bangalore.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹11,258.42 - ₹46,337.45 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend only
