Bhasa Academy is a U.S.based online coding school that teaches programming to students in grades 3-10. We focus on structured, project-based learning through live classes conducted via Google Meet and managed on Google Classroom. Our teaching team includes highly trained instructors and assistants who bring coding to life for kids worldwide.

**Job Summary**:
We are hiring **Remote Teaching Assistants** based in India to support our coding instructors. This is an excellent opportunity for university students or recent graduates passionate about computer science and education.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist during live coding classes (Scratch, HTML, Python, etc.)
- Guide students with assignments, activities, and debugging
- Monitor classroom behavior and participation
- Help in breakout rooms and group projects
- Collaborate with lead instructors and admin staff to track student progress

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of programming (Scratch, HTML, Python, or similar)
- Comfortable using tools like Google Meet and Google Classroom
- Strong communication skills in English
- Reliable internet and device to attend classes on time
- Prior teaching or mentoring experience is a plus

**Schedule**:

- Part-time hours
- Classes held primarily on U.S. weekends and weekday evenings (EST)
