About the Foundation

WeLive Foundation would like to reach out to childcare institutions (CCIs) across India to share information about our programs for care leavers. We would like your support to connect with CCIs that you work with.

The young men and women who live in our center's as a part of the Bridge Program work, study and learn under the two pillars of our program, which are well-being and work readiness. They can be a part of the program for 3 to 5 years and step out when they feel ready and equipped to live independently. The program offers them support to start their independent living with optimism, confidence, skills, education, and work experience for a fulfilling, secure and meaningful life.

We are also offering **online/offline workshops** for children (12-18 years) in CCIs and **short-duration residential camps (for 2 weeks in Bengaluru)** for care leavers to help them navigate the transition to independent living.

**Job Description**:

- Passionate about teaching with Adolescence children.
- Enthusiastic and willing to work on new aged learning skills.
- Ready to take the feedback to improve his/her teaching skills from the learning & development team.
- Having professional experience in teaching of minimum 1 year for grade 3 and above is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 8 per week
