**Job Summary**:
The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems. The role also includes booking tickets for travel, events, and other company-related needs. Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy are crucial for this position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter and update data in company databases and spreadsheets with high accuracy.
- Maintain records and ensure data integrity by verifying and cross-checking information.
- Handle ticket booking for travel, events, and other company requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, travel agencies, and employees for ticket confirmations and cancellations.
- Organize and manage digital and physical documents efficiently.
- Retrieve and generate reports as required.
- Communicate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth data management.
- Assist in administrative tasks and provide support to the team when necessary.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to manage and book tickets for travel, events, and meetings.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Minimum qualification: [Specify Education Requirement].

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with online booking platforms (e.g., IRCTC, MakeMyTrip, BookMyShow).
- Knowledge of basic administrative and clerical procedures.
