NEORUBY is the eCommerce business unit of FENG GROUP. It is a start-up company with multi-international team with over 20 years of global experience, an expert in creating new market opportunities with emerging brands. We currently emphasise a lot on Amazon based business growth, developing quality products and establishing brands.

We’re going to hire a full-time or part-time Creative designer who has at least 1-3 years of experience.

You will help us in producing high-quality design projects. and will be required to deliver on special tasks for the completion of projects and create unique ideas to improve projects. Your contribution will add value to the team and the end product, directly impacting our brand awareness and ROI.

Tasks
- Help deliver on design requirements;
- Understand the design idea and concept;
- Pitch unique ideas for design projects;
- Collaborate with senior designer and design team to produce the final product;
- Create drafts and models for review;
- Take on specific tasks to support many projects underway;
- Take in constructive criticism and produce quality work;
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in fields related to design;
- Prior experience as a junior designer;
- A good portfolio of past design and creative projects;
- Expert with design software and editing tools. (InVision, Adobe, etc);
- Good command over design techniques and visual elements;
- Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills;
- Creative thinking with attention to detail;
- multi-languages are respected, especially English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Chinese etc;
- 3D software knowledge and experience is a plus;
