**Customer Support Executive (International Voice Process)**:
- Engage with customers via phone calls to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, with a focus on understanding customer needs, building rapport, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- **Customer Support Executive (Non-Voice Process)**:
- Utilize written communication skills to provide clear and detailed information, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions within the designated systems.
- **Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Prior experience in customer support for international processes, demonstrating proficiency in handling both voice and non-voice interactions.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing customer needs, and contributing to a positive team atmosphere.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
5 Days working, Cab facility both side
Night/ Day Shift available
Blended process of Voice/Non voice
Excellent English Required
Confident and able to solve queries of customer.
