**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Greet and engage customers visiting the experience center.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored recommendations.
- **Sales and Upselling**:
- Promote tire replacement, wheel alignment, and balancing services.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell related products and services.
- **Relationship Building**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to close sales opportunities.
- **Service Coordination**:
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Communicate service timelines and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Market Awareness**:
- Stay updated on product offerings, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve sales strategies.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer information in the system.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive or related industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude with a knack for understanding needs and preferences.
- A basic understanding of tire and wheel services is a plus (training will be provided).
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹27,677.62 per month
