## Responsibilities
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services using predefined scripts.
- Answer inquiries regarding offerings and company information.
- Verify and qualify leads, passing them to the sales team.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when necessary.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Accurately process orders.
- Handle customer grievances to maintain company reputation.
- Strive to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and sales, noting useful information.

## Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
- Ability to learn about products and services and explain them to prospects.
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection calmly.
- Outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints.
- High school diploma required; BSc/BA is a plus.
