**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create, maintain, and monitor product roadmap, product backlog, and delivery timeline.
- Define product backlog items, ensure visibility and transparency.
- Scope management, prioritization of product backlog and release management.
- Create product define documents and review design documents.
- Drive mass roll out of product in big and complex environment.
- Oversee development stages and evaluate product progress at each iteration.
- Review QA test scenarios.
- User acceptance: review end-product and ensure the solution is aligned with the define and design documents.
- Participate in study and research of the market requirements, industry standards and competitor products.
- Review existing product documentation and improve the quality of documentation.
- Owning product infrastructure and ensure smooth operation for the product.
- Interact with business to discuss, plan and execution to introduce product/features.
- Validate new releases and publish it internally for the customers.
- Owning cases with Vendor and act a POC for the internal teams.
- Accept, validate the issues and bugs in the product and ensure rectifying the same.
- Act as an internal product evangelist providing functional training.
- Liaise with the customer delivery team to ensure correct implementation.
- Day to Day work with Operation team for execution and handling issues

**Experience Level & Qualification**:
Experience Level
- Overall minimum 10 years of experience in IT industry.
- Minimum 5 years work experience in product ownership of patching solution or similar role.

Educational Background
- Bachelor s degree, preferably in any of the computer science or related fields

**Desirable Knowledge & Skills**
- In-depth knowledge of patching solution and process of large-scale infrastructure
- Knowledge in patching tool like SanerNow, SCCM etc. is an added advantage.
- Well versed with different patching capabilities and Tools
- Experienced in both Public and private cloud infrastructures including multi-OS environment.
- Experience in product lifecycle management.
- Ownership and proactivity in driving improvements and fixes.
- Decision making with respect to the product and understand commercial impact.
- Customer focus and business driven mentality.
- Analytical, communication (Oral and written) and presentation skills.
