**Urgent Opening For Sales Officer**

**Job description**
- Develop sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
- Independently manage the sales cycle, business development, visiting clients, negotiation, and closure of the deal.
- Identify potential clients and decision-makers within the client
- Interact, build, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue
- Generate timely sales reports
- Help forecast revenue targets
- Appointment of Distributors in assigned Area.
- Taking Care of Channel Management - Primary & Secondary sales.
- Looking after Dealer & Distribution network.
- Overall responsibility of handling Dealers in the assigned territory.
- To ensure timely and accurate services to Dealers.
- To motivate and guide the distributor and Dealers towards achieving their targets.
- Solving market problems relating to claims, target achievements schemes etc.
- Co-ordination from the Head office Sales Co-ordination team.
- Meeting existing dealers / distributors on a regular basis for achieving service standards to achieve sales targets.
- Taking care of retailer and consumer complaints.
- Maintain and develop good business relationship with the key wholesalers and also with the distributors.
- Branding and merchandising at Sales Points and support local level marketing team.
- Exploring New Territory to develop business.

**Key skills**:

- Ability to work with dedication both hard and smart way.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Min exp 4-8 yrs
