Job Duties & Responsibilities
- **Lead Generation and Follow-Up**:

- Facilitate both cold and warm calls to prospective leads.
- Schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers to ensure engagement and interest.
- **Customer and Distributor Visits**:

- Personally visit all customers, distributors, and dealers to build and maintain relationships.
- **Customer Referrals**:

- Source new customer referrals and work on converting them into active customers.
- **Customer Inquiry Handling**:

- Answer all lead and customer questions accurately.
- Prioritize and escalate lead and customer questions as needed to ensure prompt and effective responses.
- **Cost-Benefit Analysis**:

- Perform cost-benefit analysis for prospective customers and advise them on appropriate purchase options based on their needs and budget.
- **Product Promotion**:

- Promote specific products as directed by upper management.
- Inform leads and customers about current promotions and discounts to stimulate interest and sales.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain positive business and customer relationships to extend customer lifetime value.
- Develop strategies for more effective sales both individually and as part of a team.
- **Sales Tracking and Reporting**:

- Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc., thoroughly for review by management.
- **Continuous Self-Improvement**:

- Self-improve continuously by gaining experience and incorporating feedback from managers.

Job Specifications
- **Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Chemistry.
- **Experience**:

- Freshers or individuals with experience in marketing laboratory chemicals, reagents, and culture media to R&D centers, universities, institutes, and industries.

- **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with leads, customers, and team members.
- **Sales Skills**:

- Ability to perform cost-benefit analysis and recommend suitable purchase options to customers.
- Experience or willingness to learn how to effectively promote products and handle customer inquiries.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, distributors, and dealers.
- **Strategic Thinking**:

- Develop strategies for improving sales processes and outcomes both individually and within a team.
- **Organizational Skills**:

- Ability to track and report on various sales activities and customer interactions accurately.
- **Continuous Learning**:

- A proactive approach to self-improvement through gaining experience and incorporating feedback.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,028.51 - ₹28,519.79 per month
