**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and control project and departmental budgets.
- Track, analyze, and report variances between actual and budgeted costs.
- Prepare regular cost and financial reports for management.
- Collaborate with project managers and department heads to review costs and forecasts.
- Analyze cost structures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure all cost control procedures are followed and documented.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Maintain cost databases and financial records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Liaise with procurement to track material and service costs.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in cost control, budgeting, or financial analysis.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in [Hospitality, IT Sector].
- Knowledge of project management principles.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹330,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
