Politely Answering and reverting to appointment phone calls

Obtaining patient information & other relevant data. Guide patients about the process.

Appointment coordination with doctors

Stay on OPD floor & manage smooth flow of appointments during the shift

Patient appointment tracking and scheduling efficiently

Direct interaction with patients to greet them at the time of arrival

Good computer knowledge and adaptability to software programs

Assisting walk-in patients with appointments

Independently respond to patient queries and resolve issues over call or in-person.

Comply with the quality of service policy of the organization

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Excellent verbal and written communication in ENGLISH.

Confident & Energetic personality

Strong decision making skills.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
