**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Research & Development**:

- Conduct in-depth research on plant compounds for the **isolation and characterization of pure/natural compounds**.
- Develop innovative **process technologies** for natural product formulations.
- Stay updated on global technology trends in **herbal, nutraceutical, cosmetic, and supplement industries**, including nano-particles and encapsulation.
- **Literature Review & Publications**:

- Perform **systematic literature reviews** to identify research gaps and explore new product ideas.
- Publish findings in reputed **international journals** to establish scientific credibility.
- **Patent and Technology Filing**:

- Draft and file **patents** for novel research and processes.
- Collaborate with legal teams to secure intellectual property rights for technologies.
- **Conferences & Scientific Communication**:

- Present research findings at **scientific conferences** and **professional podiums**.
- Build the company’s reputation in the scientific community through effective networking.
- **Collaborative Projects**:

- Work closely with the product development and marketing teams to translate research insights into commercially viable products.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for product launches and market implementation.

**Qualifications**:

- **Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry, Phytochemistry, or related field**.
- Expertise in **natural product isolation**, **characterization**, and **purification techniques**.
- Strong understanding of **nano-particles**, **encapsulation technologies**, and **herbal formulation development**.
- Demonstrated experience with **scientific publications**, **patent drafting**, and **conference presentations**.
- Knowledge of global trends in **herbal, nutraceutical, cosmetics, and supplement industries**.

**Key Skills**:

- Advanced knowledge of **analytical techniques** (HPLC, GC-MS, NMR, etc.).
- Proficiency in **scientific writing** and **presentation skills**.
- Strong attention to detail for **systematic literature reviews** and data analysis.
- Problem-solving mindset for innovative product/process development.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Hands-on experience in R&D for **natural product-based industries**.
- Experience working on projects related to **nano-particles** and **encapsulation** technologies.
- Active contributions to **patents** and **high-impact international publications**.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
