The Account Executive (Mainline & Digital) is the support function of the servicing team of the client within the agency. S/he functions as a bridge between the client and the agency. S/he is the key resource who follows up on the scope of work and ensures deliverables to the client on a continuous basis. S/he coordinates with various departments within the agency to ensure that the client’s marketing and communication needs, across all channels, are effectively met, on time, every time.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**

- ** The Account Executive (Mainline & Digital) will be responsible for the following**:

- ** Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their advertising/marketing requirements**:

- ** Work with agency colleagues to devise an advertising/marketing campaign that meets the**:

- ** client's brief and budgets**:

- ** Present (alongside agency colleagues - particularly the account manager) the campaign ideas**:

- ** and budget to the client**:

- ** Work with the account manager to brief media, creative and digital teams**:

- ** Liaise with, and act as the link between, the allotted client and the agency by maintaining**:

- ** regular contact with both parties**:

- ** Ensure that communication flows effectively and in a timely manner**:

- ** Present agency creative work to clients for approval or modification**:

- ** Handle budgets, track campaign costs and ensure timely invoicing to clients**:

- ** Write client reports and document account-related activities and initiatives**:

- ** Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns; discuss with relevant team members to tweak and refine**
- ** Undertake client account-related administrative tasks**:

- ** Arrange, attend and document meetings**:

- ** Responsible for client satisfaction regarding the services provided by the agency.
