Job Responsibilities:
Project Oversight
- Manage and oversee multiple digital marketing and branding projects simultaneously.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and budgets, ensuring all projects meet quality standards and exceed client expectations.
- Maintain a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating project risks.

Team Coordination
- Delegate tasks and manage workflows across creative, content, and performance marketing teams.
- Foster collaboration, facilitate problem-solving, and ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee resource allocation and efficiently plan team capacity to optimize productivity.

Client Interaction
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates, share performance metrics, and present deliverables to clients.
- Address client concerns promptly, integrate feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Lead and manage the Client Services team, fostering strong relationships and delivering

exceptional service.

Project Management Tools
- Utilize project management tools effectively to ensure streamlined implementation, tracking, and reporting of projects.
- Promote adherence to project management best practices across all teams.

Performance Management
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to measure project success.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization and continuous

improvement.
- Prepare detailed performance reports for internal reviews and client presentations.

**Qualifications**:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- 4-5 years of experience in project management within a digital marketing or agency setting.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
