**Description**: - Tracking of repair spare parts

**Description**: - Maintaining daily MIS reports - (Attendance, Service Reports, Common Tool List)

**Description**: - Maintaining Master Updation - New Machine and Serial Numbering.

**Description**: - Sending Reminders for AMC Renewal - Coordination with Service Manager

**Description**: - Scheduling of PM

**Description**: - Preparing Quotations - AMC & Misc

**Description**: - Preparing In warranty claims

**Description**: - Coordinating with Commissioning team for new machine installation

**Description**: - Ensuring serial numbering for all new and changed machines at site and updating the same in Master Data - CRM.

**Description**: - Monitoring tracking of RMA Parts

**Description**: - Ensuring dispatch of RMA parts before 45 days time limit.

**Description**: - Follow-up for parts received.

**Description**: - Tracking all complaints received through GSPN CRM's and follow up till closure of the same.

**Description**: - Preparing files for PO received through BSES and ensuring timely delivery to them.

**Description**: - Ensuring delivery of Sales commission bills on timely basis and follow up till payment received in coordination with Service Manager.
