Job Description:

- **Tender Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct thorough research on government tenders.
- Analyze proposal requirements and provide insightful summaries for decision-making.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:

- Assist in the preparation of documentation for government tenders.
- Ensure compliance with e-procurement platforms like GEM and other regulatory standards, as applicable.
- **Support in Proposal Development**:

- Contribute to the development of competitive and compelling proposals.
- Provide value-added contributions to proposal content to enhance competitiveness.
- Generate well-structured and polished proposal drafts aligned with required specifications.
- **Continuous Learning**:

- Proactively engage in learning sessions to understand e-procurement platforms like GEM and related tools.
- Stay updated on changes in government tendering processes and regulations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Public Administration, etc.).
- Proven experience in government tender processes and client servicing.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent documentation and compliance management skills.
- Ability to contribute to the development of competitive proposals.
- Familiarity with e-procurement platforms, especially GEM.
- Proactive attitude towards continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
