**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform TIG and ARC welding to join metals such as stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel as per project requirements.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
- Prepare materials by grinding, cutting, and cleaning surfaces to ensure proper welds.
- Set up and maintain welding equipment, including power supplies, gas cylinders, and torches.
- Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and project specifications.
- Conduct repair and maintenance welding on metal components as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth workflow.
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to maintain a safe work environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in TIG and ARC welding.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in TIG welding (stainless steel, aluminum, etc.).
- Proficiency in ARC welding (stick welding, shielded metal arc welding).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
- Familiarity with a variety of hand and power tools used in welding.
- **Certification**: Welding certification is preferred but not required.
- **Physical Requirements**: Must be able to lift heavy materials, work in various positions (standing, kneeling, etc.), and handle physically demanding tasks.
