**Position: Welder - Solar Project**
**Location: Africa**
- Perform welding tasks, including joining, cutting, and shaping metal components for solar panel structures.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure precise welding and assembly.
- Operate welding equipment such as MIG, TIG, or arc welders, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with the engineering and installation teams to align welding work with project requirements.
- Inspect and maintain welding tools and machinery to ensure optimal performance and durability.
- Ensure the quality and durability of welded joints to withstand environmental and operational conditions.
- Follow safety protocols, including the use of PPE, and adhere to site-specific safety guidelines.
- Assist in assembling solar panel mounts, brackets, and frames as per project specifications.
- Document work progress, materials used, and report issues to the site supervisor.
- Participate in on-site training or skill development programs as required for project success.

Pay: ₹8,662.98 - ₹30,797.05 per month
