Sales & Marketing Executive

CareerNaksa is an Ed - tech startup provides modern personalized career counselling & development to school and college students, graduates and Professionals, CareerNaksha is looking for skilled sales & marketing Coordinator who is responsible for group and venue sales activities, including supervising contracts, sales revenue evaluation, managing customer and vendor relations, and Sales by calling and responsible for sales related activities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Client Acquisition: Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage potential clients who could benefit from our wide range of services. This includes schools, colleges, educational institutions, professionals, and individuals seeking career counseling and development assistance.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging opportunities.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote CareerNaksha's services effectively. Utilize various online and offline marketing channels to reach out to potential clients.
- Collaboration and Networking: Establish partnerships with educational institutions, career development organizations, and relevant stakeholders to expand our reach and brand presence.
- Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content for marketing materials, social media platforms, blogs, and newsletters to showcase CareerNaksha's expertise and value proposition.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain a healthy relationship with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Targets and Reporting: Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the education or career counseling industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
