**Job Title**: Supervisor - Plywood Industry (Male)

**Location**: Yamunanagar

**Working Hours**: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (12 Hours)

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹17,000 per month

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage a team of workers on the production floor.
- Ensure efficient and smooth operation of machinery and equipment.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures.
- Train new workers and provide ongoing guidance.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished goods.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12th pass (Higher secondary education).
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the plywood or woodworking industry.
- Strong understanding of plywood manufacturing processes and machinery.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work long hours and in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in an industrial setting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Schedule:
