Job Title Supervisor - Plywood Industry Male Location Yamunanagar Working Hours 8 00 AM - 8 00 PM 12 Hours Salary 15 000 - 17 000 per month Job Type Full-time We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Male Supervisor to oversee operations within our plywood manufacturing unit in Yamunanagar The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of workers ensuring smooth production flow maintaining quality standards and adhering to safety protocols This role requires a strong understanding of plywood manufacturing processes and the ability to lead and motivate a team Responsibilities Supervise and manage a team of workers on the production floor Ensure efficient and smooth operation of machinery and equipment Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures Train new workers and provide ongoing guidance Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions Maintain accurate production records and reports Collaborate with other departments to optimize production Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished goods Maintain a clean and organized work environment Qualifications Minimum 12th pass Higher secondary education Proven experience in a supervisory role within the plywood or woodworking industry Strong understanding of plywood manufacturing processes and machinery Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work long hours and in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively Basic understanding of safety procedures in an industrial setting Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 17 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Ability to commute relocate Yamunanagar Haryana Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Higher Secondary 12th Pass Required Location Yamunanagar Haryana Required Work Location In person Expected Start Date 06 06 2025
