**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-line and final inspection of motorcycle parts, assemblies, and sub-assemblies.
- Perform dimensional checks using instruments like Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.
- Inspect sheet metal, casting, welding, painting, and surface finish as per Royal Enfield quality standards.
- Report non-conformities and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Work closely with production, engineering, and supplier quality teams.
- Ensure compliance with ISO/TS 16949 with internal quality protocols.
- Document inspection results, maintain inspection reports, and update quality logs.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities (5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, etc.).
- Support PPAP, APQP, and audit-related activities.

**Required Skills**:

- Hands-on experience with automotive quality inspection processes.
- Good understanding of GD&T and engineering drawings.
- Proficient in using measuring instruments and gauges.
- Knowledge of basic quality tools and problem-solving techniques.
- Strong observation skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under mínimal supervision.
- Effective communication and reporting skills.

**Salary**: ₹ 16,000 to 22, 000 PM

**Working Hours**: General / Rotational Shifts (as required by project)
