- **Inspecting and Testing**:Using tools and methods to examine raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods for defects and compliance with specifications.
- **Measuring and Recording**:Using tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions and document inspection results.
- **Identifying and Reporting**:Identifying quality issues, recommending corrective actions, and documenting findings in reports and logs.
- **Collaborating and Communicating**:Working with production staff, engineers, and other departments to resolve quality concerns and ensure compliance.
- **Process Improvement**:Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and implementing quality standards.
