**Responsibilities**:

- Manage inventory of technology stack including servers, functional IDs, databases etc.
- Record, track, and document production incidents and compliance issues.
- Establish a deadline and monitor the progress of the issues. Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in Information Technology field.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems including, but not limited to, servers, databases, operating systems, and cloud.
- Comfortable with coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience as project manager/business analyst is a plus.
- Ability to stay organized and manage time sensitive deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Remains knowledgeable of changes in technology and industry practices.
