New Fleet Solutions has been offering exceptional client services for the past years. We are looking freshers for Accounts Executive role with excellent English communication and exceptional accounting skills with US GAAP knowledge & QBO will be add on benefits.

**Responsibilities**
- Processing Payroll for client employees.
- Should be able to understand the client requirement and respond accordingly.
- Should be able Identify the errors and rectify the same.
- Co-ordinate with onshore team and offshore team.
- Creating reports in Excel or Google sheets.
- Preparing necessary reports.
- Review the monthly financials with CFO, Manager and Clients.
- Analyze the various expenses and report the same to client and manager.

**Requirements and skills**
- Good English-speaking skills (US accent add-on benefit).
- Can understand and communicate with US business owners.
- Quick learner, Analyse and understand the need of the financials.
- Must have Excel, Google sheet, and QBO skills.
- Strong communicator - both on the phone and in writing.

**Notice Period**: Fresher - Immediate Joiner is preferred

**Location**: Bangalore - Office Based

**Work Hours**:6.30 PM to 3.30 AM (US Shift)

**Salary**:As per Market Standards

**Experience**: Freshers only
