**Position**: Operations Executive - Life Insurance
**Location**: Ring Road
**Salary Range**: 12,000-15,000
**Job Duties and Deliverables**
- Performing actions based on the Insurance websites to collect outstanding Accounts Receivables and Renewals.
- Providing quotes, timely follow-up on quotes, addressing customer queries, regular renewal follow-up, suggesting superior upselling and cross-selling
- Resolving moderately routine questions following pre-established guidelines.
- Ensuring accurate and timely completion of transactions.
- Developing and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the insurance industry and of all products, services and processes performed by the team.
- Coordinate with the team leader in following the processes.

**Minimum Requirements**
- You have a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Life Insurance Industry

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
