The Surveyor is responsible for measuring and mapping land, water, and air spaces to determine boundaries, elevations, and other physical features of an area. This role ensures the accuracy of measurements and calculations, providing essential data for engineering, construction, and legal purposes.

**Survey Planning and Execution**:

- Conduct field surveys to establish property boundaries, elevations, and other relevant measurements.
- Utilize advanced surveying equipment such as GPS systems, total stations, and laser scanners.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to gather and interpret project specifications.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret spatial data from fieldwork.
- Prepare maps, blueprints, and detailed reports using CAD software and GIS tools.
- Verify data accuracy to ensure it meets project and legal standards.

- Record and document survey results, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Provide detailed boundary descriptions and legal documents for property transactions.
- Produce high-quality topographic and boundary maps.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:

- Liaise with clients, contractors, and government agencies to clarify survey requirements and provide project updates.
- Advise on legal and design implications based on survey findings.
- **Quality and Safety Assurance**:

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols during field operations.
- Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow industry best practices and standards for accuracy and reliability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Licensure or certification as a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) is often required.
- 2+ years of field and/or office surveying experience (varies based on seniority level).
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD, GIS software, and surveying equipment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
