**PROFILE INTRODUCTION:

A Land Surveyor using Total Station is responsible for conducting precise measurements and mapping of land using advanced surveying equipment, specifically the Total Station.

**RESPONSIBITITIES:

- **Field Surveys**:Utilize Total Station equipment to measure angles, distances, and elevations with precision.
- **Instrument Operation**:Set up and operate Total Station instruments to gather field data.
- **Data Collection**:Record and collect field data, including measurements, observations, and relevant details.
- **Mapping and Drafting**:Process and organize survey data to create accurate maps and drawings.
- **Quality Control**:Conduct quality control checks to verify the accuracy of survey data.
- **Communication**:Collaborate with other surveyors, engineers, and professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:Perform routine maintenance on Total Station equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- **Adherence to Regulations**:Stay informed about local, state, and federal regulations related to land surveying.
