**Position Overview**:
Boeing India Defense team is currently looking for **Experienced Loadmaster Instructor **to join their team in **Gurgaon, India **on a fixed-term contract of 2 years.

**Position Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities are mentioned below and are not limited to it:

- Updating of Instructor & Student Guide Folders as required by Boeing.
- Updating of TMS after completion of each course on a daily basis.
- Updating of E-Pubs/publications as per DTOS received.
- Verification & confirmation of courseware ECO in TMS.
- Updating of LM courseware library folder in share-drives.
- Weekly report to Boeing on last day of the week.
- Planning of LM training with Site Lead.
- Verification of LM courseware as directed by Boeing.

**Basic Qualifications** (Required Skills/Experience)**:

- A Bachelor’s degree or higher is required as a BASIC QUALIFICATION
- Minimum 5-years’ experience as a Loadmaster on Air Force Multi-engine aircraft is required.
- Minimum 2- years’ experience as an Instructor, preferably as a Loadmaster Instructor is required.
- Academic Instructor experience, along with experience as a Loadmaster in airland, airdrop, and special operations, is highly desirable.
- Experience in aircraft airdrop operations, and ground/academic instruction is highly desirable.
- Loadmaster Instructor experience is required.

**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)**:

- Academic Instructor experience, along with experience as a Loadmaster in airland, airdrop, and special operations, is highly desirable.

**Typical Education & Experience**:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+ 8 years' related work experience.

**Relocation**:
This position does offer relocation within INDIA.
