**Responsibilities**:
**Eligibility Criteria**
- Bachelor s Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field required
- 8+ years of experience delivering information technology services and 3-4 years’ experience in managing high performing global team’s
- Experience in managing End User IT support Team that is supporting multiple Sites, Lab and Warehouse
- Experience in IT Service Management process
- Familiarize the team with the customer needs, specifications, design standards, techniques and tools to support task performance
- Experience in IT asset Management - Hardware and Software
- Knowledge in IT Governance, Audit and Compliance

**Mandatory skills required**
- Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, at all levels including customers, vendors, peers, business stakeholders and management required
- Ability to articulate ideas clearly with exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented team player with strong organizational skills, problem solving and leadership skills
- Self-directed with experience in managing priorities and timelines

**Other Job Responsibilities**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Leading the Site service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
- Work on multiple projects and operational activities both as a lead and team member Team performance management and career development
- Managing finances and budgets.
- IT asset Management and Compliance
- Drive IT Operational efficiency, IT Governance, Audit & Compliance - Internal & External
- Experience and ability to understand and articulate business processes.
- Good knowledge of the general IT processes and be able to produce key metrics to drive excellence.
- Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services..

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2-4 years of supervisory experience.
