**Job Title: On-Site Marketing Representative**
**Location**: Vapi
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales and Business Development**:
- Proactively visit potential clients at their business locations to present and sell our recycled plastic polymer granules (LDP, LLDP, HDP, PET, etc.).
- Identify and target new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve sales targets and expand our customer base through effective marketing and sales strategies.
2. **Market Research and Strategy**:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs, challenges, and purchasing behaviors.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities to help refine marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop tailored sales presentations and promotional materials.
3. **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers at client companies.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress using CRM software.
4. **Product Knowledge and Promotion**:
- Educate potential clients on the advantages of using our recycled plastic polymer granules and how they contribute to sustainability and cost savings.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote our products and brand.
5. **Reporting and Analysis**:
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, customer feedback, and market conditions to management.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the plastics or recycling industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients on-site.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Knowledge of the recycling industry and sustainable practices.
- Experience selling to B2B customers in manufacturing, packaging, or related sectors.
