**Responsibilities**:

- Providing guidance to buyers in purchasing property
- Conducting Site Visits and Presentations
- Good Communication & negotiation skills.
- Handle HNI clients with ease & efficiency.
- Ability to work independently.
- Personal Conveyance Compulsory
- Achieving growth &hitting targets given by the management.
- Build strong relationship with clients to fully understand their needs.
- Identify emerging markets & market shifts while being fully aware of new services & competition status.
- Committed to continuous site visits with clients.
- Carrying out surveys to spot out the price of competing properties & Keep the eye on the property market to identify individuals with interest in
- Assisting in negotiation between buyers & sellers.
- Making clients feel comfortable enough to trust you with their finances is a big part of investment.

- Must be presentable.
- Should have a positive attitude & should be confident to accept new challenges.
- Person should be self-motivated.
- Own conveyance is must.
- Ability to Handle a team/ Leadership Qualities/Management skills.
- Fluent in English.
