Job Overview:
As a UI/UX Designer at MST, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and beautiful designs that enhance the overall user experience of our products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional design solutions. This role requires a strong blend of UI design expertise, UX research skills, and the ability to turn complex problems into simple, effective design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- **User Research & Analysis**: Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gain insights into user needs and behaviors.
- **Wireframing & Prototyping**: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively.
- **User Flow & Information Architecture**: Design intuitive user flows and information structures to improve the overall user experience.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, etc.) to ensure design solutions are aligned with business objectives and technical constraints.
- **Usability Testing**: Conduct usability tests and iterate designs based on user feedback to enhance product usability and performance.
- **Design Systems**: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency across products and platforms.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- **Experience**: 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a product-driven environment.
- **Portfolio**: Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work, including process documentation, wireframes, prototypes, and final design deliverables.
- **Design Tools**: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Experience with prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel is a plus.
- **User-Centered Design**: Experience with user-centered design principles, usability testing, and research methodologies.
- **Responsive Design**: Experience designing for multiple platforms, including desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- **Collaboration**: Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to clearly present and justify design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and consistency in branding, typography, and overall aesthetics.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to think critically and solve complex design challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (or basic front-end knowledge) is a plus.
- Experience with design systems and/or creating design documentation.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies or experience working in Agile teams.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
