Without the real time feedback from peers and teachers and without students interacting with each other, learning is incomplete & Ineffective.

Working Days -Monday to Saturday

Working Time -10 AM to 6 PM

**Position: Recruiter**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Talent Acquisition**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Utilize innovative and effective methods to assess both technical and interpersonal skills.

**US (United States) Hiring**:

- Stay informed about US recruitment trends, and cultural considerations.
- Manage the end-to-end US hiring process, ensuring compliance with global employment laws and regulations.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for US hires.

**Collaboration and Relationship Building**:

- Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
- Work closely with US stakeholders to understand regional talent needs and cultural nuances.

**Data Management and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators.
- Utilize data to make informed decisions and continuously improve recruitment processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on both US and Indian hiring.
- Strong understanding of US employment laws and other processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
