
Sales & Telecalling Job

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.Customer Engagement**:
- Handle inbound calls from existing and potential customers.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and promotions.
**2. Lead Management**:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
- Update customer databases with contact information and call outcomes.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and encourage conversions.
**3.Targets and Reporting**:
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and sales conversions.
- Prepare regular reports on call activities, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize calling strategies and improve outcomes.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in communication or sales is a plus.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales roles.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone manner.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or call center systems.
- Knowledge of astrology or spirituality is not required but would be advantageous.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
