**Job Title**: Telecalling Executive
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone to promote our products/services, answer questions, and drive sales. Your role will involve effective communication, active listening, and the ability to address customer needs in a professional manner.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce and promote products/services.
- Understand and clearly convey product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Identify and qualify sales leads through telephonic interactions.
- Maintain a detailed record of customer information and feedback in the database.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide solutions to customer queries.
- Follow up with prospects and manage a pipeline of leads.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly call targets and goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or a similar role (preferred).
- Strong verbal communication skills in [language(s) required].
- Ability to listen attentively and ask questions to understand customer needs.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
- Patience, resilience, and ability to handle rejection positively.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Persuasive and confident telephone manner.
- Multilingual abilities for better engagement with diverse customers.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
